PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high volume periods processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING TIMES Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Trendy Finds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or any other circumstances outside of our control.

FREE SHIPPING Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. The free shipping threshold and eligible regions will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is applied automatically when the qualifying order total is met.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch email.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES The Trendy Finds ships worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. The Trendy Finds has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, The Trendy Finds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at help@thetrendyfinds.com and we will do our best to assist you.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. The Trendy Finds is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address please contact us immediately at help@thetrendyfinds.com. We will attempt to make changes before the order ships but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so once the order has been processed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product please contact us at help@thetrendyfinds.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us at help@thetrendyfinds.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched but cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.
